Key Peninsula News reached out to The Callahan Collaborative after a decision to break from their longtime fiscal agent. Robin designed and facilitated a retreat to build a shared culture, develop clarity around vision and mission, and build consensus on strategic focus.

After hiring their first-ever executive director, the Foothills Rails to Trails Coalition knew they needed a plan to grow the organization. The Callahan Collaborative was tapped to work with them to develop a five-year plan and a roadmap to achieve their strategic vision.

The Mustard Seed Project hired Robin to design and facilitate an annual board and staff retreat. She worked with the group to hone their vision, review and update their strategic plan, and cultivate a collaborative culture between board and staff members.

The leaders of Step Ahead Scholars reached out to Gail for help with their College Access program. Gail helped them see things strategically and to create and implement budget goals and a fundraising strategy.

Liv Gifford connected with Gail by way of webinars presented through the National Association of Education Foundations. She participated in a group Gail facilitated on leadership for equity.

The Muscle Shoals Education Foundation executive director requested an organizational assessment and recommendations to the board about key components needed to advance development.

A TransDev project manager reached out to Gail about working with her company’s Diversity & Inclusion group. Gail delivered a presentation on the need for white leaders to step up to support D&I initiatives.

Gail worked with staff at City Schools of Decatur to translate the community’s vision for a student support center into a reality, providing strategy and navigating several challenges to getting the project done.

Gail was tapped to support the founders of A Long Talk in creating a program to engage participants after their initial participation encourages them to take action against racism.
