The Henry County Public Schools Foundation launched in February of 2025 under the leadership of Dr. Maria A. Lumpkin.  After a successful launch, Dr. Lumpkin wanted to bring the board of directors together for a planning retreat to identify priority objectives and an action plan for the current year.

The all-volunteer board for The Foundation for MERS needed a plan to expand its impact after the pandemic. Gail provided strategic organizational development including board training, planning retreat facilitation, policy development, bylaw review, and strategic goal setting.

The Grand Cinema enhances the cultural vitality of the Greater Tacoma community. As they embark on a capital campaign, they hired TCC to co-design and facilitate a board and staff retreat to consider the vision and future of The Grand and how it would drive their campaign.

Key Peninsula News reached out to The Callahan Collaborative after a decision to break from their longtime fiscal agent. Robin designed and facilitated a retreat to build a shared culture, develop clarity around vision and mission, and build consensus on strategic focus.

After hiring their first-ever executive director, the Foothills Rails to Trails Coalition knew they needed a plan to grow the organization. The Callahan Collaborative was tapped to work with them to develop a five-year plan and a roadmap to achieve their strategic vision.

The Mustard Seed Project hired Robin to design and facilitate an annual board and staff retreat. She worked with the group to hone their vision, review and update their strategic plan, and cultivate a collaborative culture between board and staff members.
