The Callahan Collaborative is the joyful culmination of Robin’s many years spent mentoring and supporting nonprofit leaders as they shape their visions and chart the paths to achieve them. Having seen firsthand the essential role that education foundations and other nonprofits play in their communities, Robin launched The Callahan Collaborative in 2022 to provide thoughtful, practical partnership. Today, the firm helps organizations build clarity, capacity, and confidence—empowering leaders to strengthen their work and create lasting, meaningful change.

Building on her experience as a nonprofit founder and leader, Rachel specializes in cultivating engagement, inclusivity, and connection. As a young adult, Rachel created a teen-serving nonprofit that pioneered an authentic youth-centered model. She brings 30+ years of nonprofit expertise to her coaching and consultation, offering highly participatory experiences that increase engagement and impact. Rachel believes deeply in the power of nonprofits to strengthen communities and knows that when everyone brings their expertise together, that’s where the magic happens!

Lynn Juniel brings 30+ years transforming nonprofits through strategic development and leadership. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), she has doubled organizational revenue, launched Major Gift programs, and led institutional change. Lynn centers equity and stakeholder voices while building sustainable infrastructure that creates lasting mission impact.
