The Grand Cinema enriches lives and enhances the cultural vitality of the Greater Tacoma community through the art of film. As they get ready to embark on a 6M capital campaign, they hired TCC to co-design and facilitate a board and staff retreat to consider the vision and future of The Grand and how it would drive their campaign.
I worked with Robin to help bring some structure to a visioning activity at our board retreat. I appreciated Robin’s direct and straightforward approach to discovering and discussing what we needed and how she might help.
