The Mustard Seed Project hired us to design and facilitate an annual board and staff retreat. We worked with them to hone their vision, review and update their strategic plan, and build a collaborative culture between the board and staff members.
We engaged Robin to facilitate our annual strategic planning retreat, one that was quite important for us given that new staff and board members were coming together for the first time at a point of major growth and change for our organization.
