The Foundation for MERS, started in 2009 and run by an all volunteer board, needed support to develop a plan to expand its impact coming out of the pandemic. Gail provided strategic organizational development including board training, planning retreat facilitation, policy development, bylaw review, and strategic goal setting.

The Henry County Public Schools Foundation launched in February of 2025 under the leadership of Dr. Maria A. Lumpkin. After a successful launch, Dr. Lumpkin wanted to bring the board of directors together for a planning retreat to identify priority objectives and an action plan for the current year.
