The Foundation for MERS, started in 2009 and run by an all volunteer board, needed support to develop a plan to expand its impact coming out of the pandemic. Gail provided strategic organizational development including board training, planning retreat facilitation, policy development, bylaw review, and strategic goal setting.
Working with Gail and The Callahan Collaborative has truly been transformative for our foundation. Gail’s expertise and ability to identify and find solutions to issues that have been stifling our foundation has propelled us forward and reignited our board.
