After being a volunteer-led organization for almost 40 years, the Foothills Rails to Trails Coalition Board had just hired its first executive director and knew they needed the plan to grow the coalition. Key Peninsula News reached out to The Callahan Collaborative after a decision to break from their longtime fiscal agent. Robin designed and facilitated a retreat to build a shared culture, develop clarity around vision and mission, and build consensus on strategic focus.
