Inter Atlanta FC, a successful and growing soccer club, wanted to strengthen their board infrastructure to ensure that they were well equipped to support the organization through a time of expansion. Gail worked with the board governance committee to review and revise the organization’s Bylaws, create board policies, develop a committee structure and a board agreement form and outline a process for recruiting new board members.
Having Gail Rothman of the Callahan Collaborative working with us on board development has had a significant impact on our efficiency and productivity. We were able to develop our governance infrastructure and everyone feels more organized. The meetings have definitely been more effective and it feels great to onboard new members with this improved structure.”
